We are a family owned jewelry company with multiple locations based in Massachusetts. We specialize in many different areas of retail jewelry and watches, with a focus on diamonds, the bridal market, and the hottest brands. We are known for our high standards in quality, customer service and jewelry repair, and are looking for like minded sales professionals to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Servicing clients including jewelry repairs, order status inquiries, packaging and general hospitality
- Maintaining the merchandising, organization and display of jewelry in the showcase
- Service clients with jewelry sales as needed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Previous experience in a retail environment with a focus on luxury client service is necessary

- Jewelry passion is a must, Jewelry knowledge and GIA training are preferred, but not required
- Desire to grow within the company
- Strong organization and computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented self starter with flexibility to work weekends
- Team mindset with a company first mentality
- Additional language skills are a plus
Both part and full time positions available, compensation based on experience.
